ORDERS & SHIPPING

Please allow approximately 7-14 business days from the time of order placement for order to ship and be received.

Fulfillment
Once your order is placed it takes approximately 2–7 business days to create your product and fulfill the order.

Shipping
The average shipping time is approximately 4-7 business days depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the desired address and a tracking number will be available.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS

Check & Re-check
As all sales are final, please be sure to view size charts as we are currently unable to fulfill return requests and/or issue refunds for items that are not due to printer error or mistakes made from our end. Items are printed, as ordered, and specific to the individual ordering.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please be sure to check quantities and/or denomination amounts before completing your purchase. 

We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and adherence to the policy.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is defective, has an error in printing, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival, for a replacement to be issued.

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

In the above mentioned situations you must contact us at Returns@BlackEntrepreneurCollection.com in order to receive instructions on returning the merchandise.

To facilitate the processing of your exchange, kindly provide us with the following details: your full name, order number , phone number, and email address associated with the order. Please clearly state the issue, including the specific details of the original product you ordered and the actual product you received, such as the style/design, color, and size. It would be greatly appreciated if you could attach a photo displaying the discrepancy, whether it's a defect, incorrect size, or wrong item.

We DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
